FISHING ACTIVITY
The purpose of these internal regulations is to specify the rules governing fishing on the Domaine des 3 Etangs managed by the ARPAT Association. These regulations apply to all users of the site and in particular to fishermen. It is sent to everyone when booking a fishing spot.
1. Public concerned
These rules of procedure apply to users of the area and in particular to fishermen who have reserved day and night fishing days and their companions.
2. General
The site must be preserved by all, garbage containers are made available to dispose of packaging or rubbish. The site must be left clean when you leave. Make sure you have garbage bags to put them in the containers and pick up your waste. Do not throw your cigarette butts in the ponds or on the banks on the one hand to avoid pollution of the site on the other hand to avoid setting fires.
Campfires are strictly prohibited. The use of barbecues is authorized under the responsibility of the users and to extinguish the fires at night.
Each user must respect the tranquility of the premises and refrain from any noise or light nuisance.
Swimming is strictly prohibited.
3. Locations
Each fishing reservation is made for a minimum of 48 hours starting at 2 p.m. and ending at 10 a.m. Arrival on site is from 2 p.m. Departure no later than 10am.
Four types of reservations are possible:
DOMAIN :
includes all the ponds of the domain including the Chalet including as sleeping. In this case, no other fisherman will have access to the ponds. The number of fishermen is limited to 6, the number of accompanying persons is limited to 6.
ISLAND :
includes the part of the pond located around the island. In this case the fishermen cannot access the other part of the pond (HUT); the number of fishermen is limited to 3 and the number of accompanying persons to 3. This reservation also includes the Chalet.
LA HUTTE :
includes the part of the pond located around "la HUTTE". The number of fishermen is limited to 3 and the number of companions to 3. In this case, fishermen and companions cannot access the ISLAND part for fishing.
Single Posts may be available either at LA HUTTE or at the ISLAND. There are 2 possible POSTS on the ISLAND side (ISLAND 1 and ISLAND 2) and 3 possible POSTS on LA HUTTE side (HUTTE 3, HUTTE 4 and HUTTE 5).
A maximum of two fishermen per Post are authorized and two accompanying persons.
Each fisherman can only have a maximum of three rods. Fishing in the river is not permitted except upon presentation of a valid permit and during the authorized period.
4. Schedules
The fishing reservation authorizes day and night fishing provided that the allocated locations are respected.

5. Deposit
On arrival at the site, access keys to the site are given to one person per group. They must be returned before departure. A cash deposit of 50€ is requested on arrival at the site and will be returned upon delivery of the keys. It will also serve as a deposit in the event of the use of a boat.
In the event of breakage of the oars or damage to the boat, the deposit will remain with the Association.
6. Fishing
Fishing must be practiced in NO KILL. The fish must be cared for, fed and released after taking the photos. The landing mat is mandatory as well as landing nets adapted for carp. Fishing for predators can be tolerated on certain days or certain weeks with the prior agreement of the Guard. It will be necessary to formulate the request before practicing it and to obtain the possible authorization.
The photos of the most beautiful catches with the fishermen will be published on the ARPAT website without any transfer of Image Rights.
Each fisherman must indicate to the Guard the number of catches made, send photos of the catches and indicate their weight.
7. Penalties
Failure to comply with the rules indicated in these regulations may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay and without refund and the refusal of any new reservation.
8. Liability
Similarly, the association declines all responsibility in the event of an accident, in particular following a state of intoxication or under the influence of a narcotic by a user.
